My name is Judy Winn, and I have walked the path from corporate burnout to vibrant health and vitality. My career began in the demanding corporate world, where juggling nine projects at once, alongside my passion for horse riding, left me with little time or energy for anything else. I believed my equestrian pursuits were enough to keep me fit, but as the pressures of work increased, my health began to suffer, culminating in a serious surgery. This was my wake-up call to reassess my priorities and find a balanced, fulfilling approach to life.
Horse riding, while excellent for core strength and cardio, lacked one crucial element: comprehensive strength training. Through extensive research and personal experimentation, I discovered the transformative power of building muscle mass—not to bulk up like a bodybuilder, but to develop a beautifully sculpted, strong, and resilient version of myself.
